Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Brisk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed garments back into their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
